General Information

Entitlements

Registered participants are entitled to admission to all scientific sessions including trade
exhibits. scheduled coffee breaks as well as lunches. Each participant will receive a name
badge and congress kit containing the final program/abstract.

 

Registration Fee

All scientific registrants. including those presenting free paper must register as full participant and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee has received the respective registration fee. To register. please follow the instruction on our website at event2019.ihks.or.id. Payment method can be through bank transfer or credit card (Visa and Master Card only). For more information on group registration please contact the secretariat office or by email.

 

Cancellation Policy of Registration

Written notification of Registration must be received to the IHKS secretariat. Refund of
registration fees will be processed after the congress and the following is the schedule
1. No refund for cancellation received from May 3oth onward

 

On-Site Registration

Those who have not registered in advance may register at on-site registration desk N o refund will be made for on-site registration fees.

 

Room Rate

Hotel room at special congress rate are being held for the congress participants. All rates are per night and per room. rate including breakfast. Reservation must be made through the congress secretariat to guarantee the indicated rate negotiated for the congress.

 

Hotel Reservation

Hotel Room availability is on “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS". The committee reserves the right to place participants at another hotel with similar standards in the event that rooms are no longer available at the hotel selected by the participant. Hotel reservations can be made by filling out the Accommodation Form. Full payment is required and should be paid before June 1st. 2019. Payment can be made with credit card (Visa and Master Card only) or bank transfer.


Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservation

1. Written cancellation notification for hotel reservation is required BEFORE March 31st 2019

2. Cancellation BEFORE March 31st 2019: 1 (one) night deposit can be refunded

3. Cancellation AFTER April 1st 2019: No refund will be allowed thereafter

4. The organizing committee has the full authorization to CANCEL one or more rooms if full payment has not been received at the least June 1st 2019 with the written notice beforehand.
